This plugin is not available for public download, since this plugin is under a VoopLV priority license and can be headed out in VoopLV internally or obtaining a partnership license the bare minimum is to apply for the standard license which can be discussed in terms and then the application will be needed!

Roleplay NPCs is a feature for an in-house/custom VoopLV Minecraft plugin called RPToolBox. With this feature player/roleplayer is able to create their own NPCs that can be used for environmental and other usages. NPCs are capable of forcing the player/roleplayer to run a command and NPCs are capable of reading out pre-given emotes for a sample "Hi there traveler!" waves to the person in front of him, since NPCs do use RPEngine emoting system.
